The first step to recovery is knowing you need help. The second step is to reach out for help.

At Kolmac we strive to keep the admissions process simple.  We will handle your verification of insurance benefits and let you know exactly what to expect in terms of out-of-pocket costs. Once we do an initial eligibility screening you will be scheduled to be seen the same or next day for an intake assessment with a licensed clinician.

In most cases, you can be in treatment and on the road to recovery within 24 hours.

During the intake assessment we will talk to you about your history of alcohol and drug use, any co-occurring mental health issues, prior treatment, relevant medical history and health concerns so we can tailor an appropriate level of care.

The intake assessment can usually be done virtually via telehealth.

For virtual detox, a clinician will determine if you need a medical evaluation. While most people qualify for virtual withdrawal management, in those rare cases where you need a higher level of care, we will help with referrals to get you that right level of care.

For the virtual intake assessment please have on hand insurance information, your medical history, a list of any prescription drugs you are taking, and any questions you might have about treatment.

If you are ready to change your life, call (888) 331-5251 to start your recovery.

Getting Started

Kolmac can start providing Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment within 24 hours of your first contact with our team.

After your call, you’ll be scheduled to start treatment as soon as the next day at one of our convenient center locations or online, depending on your needs.

To make treatment more affordable, Kolmac accepts most major insurance plans.

What to expect

Addiction treatment at Kolmac involves several phases, including detoxification, IOP, and continuing care.

Detox

At Kolmac, we prioritize accessibility to detox for all individuals seeking help. Recognizing that not everyone can commit to lengthy inpatient stays ranging from 7 to 14 days, we offer a solution. Through a comprehensive medical evaluation and screening process, we identify suitable candidates who can initiate their detox journey immediately, right from the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to ensure that the path to recovery is as seamless and accessible as possible for every individual in need.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Next, you will begin IOP, which consists of daily group therapy and education sessions that last three hours. Your dedicated counselor will slowly taper the frequency of these sessions as your condition stabilizes.

Individual Treatment and Family Support

To provide comprehensive and personalized care, we will also schedule individual treatment sessions and family support groups during this time.

Continuing Care

When you reach the Continuing Care (CC) phase, you will attend two hours of group therapy once a week. This includes monthly education about recovery. The length of this phase of treatment varies, depending on your unique needs.

Recovery for A Lifetime

Throughout your time with Kolmac, you can expect to receive life-changing and compassionate care. Our team of addiction specialists will treat you with kindness, understanding and respect—because that’s what you deserve.
